I dunno what's her name, she's like a coast guard OC. As always, very WIP. I expect to publish this somewhere, it's been a long time since I last drew something. (January?)
This character does not belong to me, but to Ciconia Ridicula. He made it a long time ago (1 year) and I just got hold of it right now. Sorry, bro!

Here's my version of it for now. I also intend to color this piece completely. I've gotten too used to doing everything in monochrome for way too long.
